Open Netflix account- 1Sign in to NetflixUse the account that received the receipt.
- 2Open AccountFrom the profile menu, choose Account.
- 3Choose Cancel MembershipLook under Membership & Billing.
- 4Finish cancellationConfirm, then save the final screen or email.
1Apple-billed route
Cancel in Subscriptions.
Your receipt suggests Apple is billing you for Netflix.
Open Apple Subscriptions- 1Open SettingsTap your name at the top.
- 2Tap your Apple IDUse the Apple ID shown on the receipt.
- 3Choose SubscriptionsOpen the active Netflix subscription.
- 4Select Netflix → CancelSave the confirmation and final service date.
