Compare the account's available plan types and any genuine Prime-linked eligibility.
Music Unlimited is separate from Music included with Prime and can renew independently.
What they don't tell you
- Amazon Music Prime is included with Prime and is not the same subscription as Music Unlimited. Canceling Prime does not prove that Music Unlimited was canceled.
If you subscribed through Apple
Amazon Music Unlimited cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Amazon Music Unlimited and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Amazon direct; legacy Apple in-app purchases. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
