What happens after cancellation
Premium continues through the billing/trial period. Calm says to cancel at least 24 hours before a website trial ends. Calm.com and eligible Google Play purchases can have a 30-day refund route; Apple handles its own refunds.

An “Expires on” date rather than “Renews on,” plus confirmation email.
Before you cancel: pay less
Documented option
For eligible direct/Google purchases, use the documented 30-day refund request; otherwise cancel or use a suitable Family plan.
Apple owns Apple refunds and cancellation does not create a refund request.
What they don't tell you
- Uninstalling does not cancel. Family plans can be canceled only by the family admin on the website. A cancellation does not automatically request a refund.
If you subscribed through Apple
Calm cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Calm and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Calm.com; Apple; Google Play; Huawei; Family administrator. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
