How to cancel Canva

- Confirm the final end date or request written support confirmation.
What happens after cancellation
Cancel before a trial ends to avoid its first paid cycle. Store purchases are managed by the store. Current-term refund treatment depends on plan, region, and purchase channel.

Teams, stores, and trials differ; capture the exact option before publishing it.
Offer may appear
Public help is client-rendered; do not promise a pause or offer. If an offer appears, compare its cadence, end date, and full renewal price. Never assume an account-specific offer is guaranteed.
What they don't tell you
- Cancel the paid plan before deleting the Canva account; account deletion permanently removes designs, folders, templates, uploads, teams, and apps. Only the owner/admin can cancel a team plan.
If you subscribed through Apple
Canva cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Canva and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Direct; Apple; Google Play; Teams/Business owner billing. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
