What they don't tell you
- EA cannot cancel a Steam/Xbox/PlayStation-owned membership. EA Play included with Game Pass is not a separately renewable EA charge unless another EA Play plan also exists.
Check the biller first
EA app; Steam; Xbox; PlayStation. The original platform owns cancellation. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
