Apple and Superhuman-suite ownership can change the route and scope.
What they don't tell you
- A missing button often means the wrong account or Apple billing. For a Superhuman user, canceling through the associated Grammarly account applies across the suite.
If you subscribed through Apple
Grammarly cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Grammarly and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Direct; Apple App Store; Superhuman suite; team contracts. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
