What happens after cancellation
Direct purchases are generally nonrefundable; Apple/Google policies control store purchases. Organization-provided access can simply expire under the sponsoring agreement.

Before you cancel: pay less
Documented option
Cancel direct billing and retain the free account; check only programs for which the user is genuinely eligible.
Store and organization plans belong to their provider.
What they don't tell you
- The direct flow is in a browser, not the mobile app. If the cancel button is absent, Headspace directs the user to help@headspace.com. Coaching is a distinct subscription with separate instructions.
If you subscribed through Apple
Headspace cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Headspace and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Direct; Apple; Google Play; organization-provided access. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
