How to cancel MasterClass
Cancel MasterClass through the biller-specific route below. Save the final end date or written confirmation before you leave. Open the official MasterClass route.

What happens after cancellation
Auto-renewal stops and membership remains active to the renewal date. A refund request within the first 30 days may qualify under the satisfaction policy; it is separate from cancellation.

Before you cancel: pay less
Documented option
Use the documented satisfaction/refund request window for a genuinely unsuitable new purchase.
Cancellation alone does not request a refund; marketplace purchases use provider rules.
What they don't tell you
- Cancellation cannot be completed inside the MasterClass app. A third-party cancellation request is not acted on until the account holder confirms it. Gift memberships can have renewal enabled.
If you subscribed through Apple
MasterClass cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose MasterClass and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Direct; Apple; Google Play; Amazon and other marketplaces. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
