How to cancel Noom
Cancel Noom through the biller-specific route below. Save the final end date or written confirmation before you leave. Open the official Noom route.

- cancel; or sign in to the Noom Subscription Portal
- Cancel Subscription.
What happens after cancellation
Features continue through the current billing cycle. Noom says initial subscription/add-on charges may be refunded when Support is contacted within 14 days; renewal charges are not eligible under that policy.

Before you cancel: pay less
Documented option
Request the documented refund for an eligible initial charge/add-on within 14 days.
Renewals are excluded from Noom's stated policy; cancel every add-on separately.
Offer may appear
Do not promise a renewal discount or refund. If an offer appears, compare its cadence, end date, and full renewal price. Never assume an account-specific offer is guaranteed.
What they don't tell you
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel. App-store billing must be canceled in the store. Cancel every separately renewing add-on.
If you subscribed through Apple
Noom cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Noom and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Noom direct; Apple; Google Play. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
