Cancellation guide
How to cancel Peacock
We found an official starting point for Peacock, but the current cancellation labels still need a live check. Confirm who bills you before following the route. Open the official Peacock route.
Safe starting checklist
- Check the latest receipt or account page to confirm who bills you.
- Open the official Peacock account or support entry point.
- Confirm the final end date or request written support confirmation.
What happens after cancellation
The direct plan remains available through its term after renewal is stopped. Third-party plans follow the provider's cancellation policy.
How to know it worked
Account shows the cancellation/end date.
Before you cancel: pay less
Documented option
Evaluate an offer only if the authenticated cancel flow displays complete terms.
Never publish a fixed amount; record plan, term, renewal price, and add-ons.
Offer may appear
Recent users report offers, while others see none or weak discounts. If an offer appears, compare its cadence, end date, and full renewal price. Never assume an account-specific offer is guaranteed.
What they don't tell you
- An add-on with a different term can continue unless it is canceled separately. Deleting an account or app is not a substitute for canceling the plan.
If you subscribed through Apple
Peacock cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Peacock and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Direct; Apple; Google Play; Roku; Xfinity and other partners. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
