What happens after cancellation

Peloton markets consumer memberships as cancel-anytime; direct monthly membership normally continues through the current paid period. Trial users must cancel during the trial to avoid conversion.

Before you cancel: pay less

Documented option

Check My Memberships for a product-specific pause or lower app tier, and compare employer/insurer access only when eligible.

Equipment financing, rental, All-Access, App, and sponsored access are separate obligations.

Offer may appear

Promotions and pause availability vary by product/account. If an offer appears, compare its cadence, end date, and full renewal price. Never assume an account-specific offer is guaranteed.

What they don't tell you

App One/App+, All-Access equipment, Strength+, rental, guide, and sponsored access are distinct. Canceling equipment financing, rental, or returning equipment is not automatically the same as canceling the content membership. The account owner must review all memberships.

If you subscribed through Apple

Peloton cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Peloton and cancel there. Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.

Check the biller first

Peloton web for App/All-Access; Apple; Google Play; Amazon; employer/insurer promotions. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
