How to cancel Strava
Cancel Strava through the biller-specific route below. Save the final end date or written confirmation before you leave. Open the official Strava route.

What happens after cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Features remain through the term and uploaded activities/data remain. Direct purchases may qualify for a refund within 14 days; renewed charges are not automatically refunded.

Use the direct 14-day refund route for an eligible new purchase; otherwise cancel and retain activity data.

What they don't tell you
- Canceling on Strava cannot stop an App Store/Play subscription. Refund handling is platform-specific and separate from renewal cancellation.
If you subscribed through Apple
Strava cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Strava and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Strava website; Apple; Google Play. Cancel on the same platform used to subscribe. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
