How to cancel Uber One
Cancel Uber One through the biller-specific route below. Save the final end date or written confirmation before you leave.

What happens after cancellation
Cancel up to 48 hours before the next scheduled payment. Within 48 hours, contact Support. Paid benefits continue through the period; free-trial benefits end immediately.

Before you cancel: pay less

Cancel before the 48-hour cutoff and rotate back only when usage warrants it.

What they don't tell you
- Uber One is separate from Uber Pass or partner/card benefits in some markets. Removing a payment method or deleting the app does not establish cancellation.
If you subscribed through Apple
Uber One cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Uber One and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Uber direct in app; purchase channels can vary by country or offer. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
