How to cancel WeightWatchers

We found an official starting point for WeightWatchers, but the current cancellation labels still need a live check. Confirm who bills you before following the route. Open the official WeightWatchers route.

Genuinely hard Hard because product and commitment terms materially change the result. Needs manual check · source checked 2026-08-12

Safe starting checklist

  1. Check the latest receipt or account page to confirm who bills you.
  2. Open the official WeightWatchers account or support entry point.
  3. Confirm the final end date or request written support confirmation.

What happens after cancellation

After a Commitment Plan period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the membership month in which cancellation is submitted. Commitment, pregnancy, Clinic, and sponsored-plan terms can differ.

How to know it worked

WW account/email or chat transcript states the last paid date.

Before you cancel: pay less

Documented option

Ask whether the authenticated account supports a lower product only after checking the commitment.

Core, Workshops, Clinic, sponsored plans, and commitments have materially different terms.

Offer may appear

No chain-wide cancellation discount can be promised. If an offer appears, compare its cadence, end date, and full renewal price. Never assume an account-specific offer is guaranteed.

What they don't tell you

If you subscribed through Apple

WeightWatchers cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose WeightWatchers and cancel there. Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.

Check the biller first

WeightWatchers direct; Apple; Google Play; employer/health plan; Core, Workshops, and Clinic can differ. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
