How to cancel Zoom
Cancel Zoom through the biller-specific route below. Save the final end date or written confirmation before you leave. Open the official Zoom route.

What happens after cancellation
Monthly plans remain through the period; annual plans remain through the term; the account becomes Basic and future renewals stop. Processed subscription charges are generally nonrefundable under Zoom's terms.
How to know it worked
Zoom sends a confirmation email and Plan Management shows the end state.
Before you cancel: pay less
Documented option
Remove unused add-ons and downgrade the base account to Basic when its limits are acceptable.
Some add-ons must be canceled first and sales/reseller contracts differ.
What they don't tell you
- Cancel add-ons as well as the base plan; some active add-ons must be canceled first. An unpaid balance can block cancellation. Store/reseller purchases must use the provider.
If you subscribed through Apple
Zoom cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Zoom and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
Check the biller first
Zoom direct; Apple; Google Play; reseller; sales-assisted quote. If Apple, Google Play, Amazon, PayPal, a carrier, or another partner appears on the receipt, cancel with that provider instead of using the merchant's direct route.
